• We will provide personally identifiable information when CCH or any Partner believes it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of any CCH or Partner Terms of Use, violation of CCH’s code of conduct, or as otherwise required by law.• We reserve the right to transfer information about you if CCH is acquired by or merged with another school or entity.

We use commercially reasonable tools and techniques to protect against unauthorized access to the Website, though we cannot guarantee that your submissions to our website, any content residing on our servers or any transmissions from our server will be completely secure.
